Our quality control team inspects every single item we sell on our website for material, fit, and size. We guarantee that we sell items of quality and make effort to provide accurate sizing information. However, you do need to strictly follow our size guide and pay attention to your size selection.

We are 100% sure that you will be satisfied with your purchases; however, if you do not really love your recent purchase or receive the wrong size, by all means send it back! If you need to return an item, please initiate your return request by logging in to your account. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Return requests must be received within 30 days of fulfillment (the day your order is marked as shipped). You can return your recent purchase for refund to original form of paymentstore credit or for an exchange with the same item in a different color or size. 

How to return

For your convenience, we offer an easy tracked return service. To initiate a return request, please log in to your account and follow the steps. You will need your Order Number stated on your order confirmation and the email address used to place your order.

  • A return request must be initiated within 30 days of fulfillment (the day your order is marked as shipped).
  • A return request must be initiated by logging in to your account and clicking on return request
  • A $12 fee to cover the returns costs will be deducted from the refund amount for all return and refund requests.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for all returns and refunds.
  • Once you initiate your return in our returns center, we will notify you of all the steps in the returns process via a confirmation email.
  • US customers will receive a USPS or UPS return label once we approve their returns. Please drop off your returns at your nearest USPS or UPS location as soon as you receive your return label.
  • International and Canadian customers are prompted to select their own courier of choice. Note: International and Canadian customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable.
shopUNIQES.com reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy (stained, worn, washed, without tags, outside the 30-day period, etc.), or exhibits indicators of use for photoshoot or commercial use. 
After we receive your package, your refund to store credit will be processed immediately and your refund to original form of payment will take up to 2 weeks to get processed. To use your store credit, you will need to log in to your account/ create a new account with the same email address you used to place your order. If you requested a refund to your original form of payment, please note that your bank requires additional days to process  and post the transactional on your account.

How to exchange

To initiate an exchange, please start the return process by logging in to your account and submitting a return request. Once you complete your return request submission, please contact us with the style, size, and color of the item you would like to receive.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refund to original form of payment. However, you can return them for a refund to store credit or for an exchange with the same item in a different color or size. 

After we receive your package, your refund to store credit will be processed immediately. To use your store credit, you will need to log in to your account/ create a new account with the same email address you used to place your order. 

Outlet Items

All outlet items are marked as FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

Rules and Restrictions

  • If you initiate a return on the same style twice, your second request will be qualified for store credit only.
  • If you buy the same item in more than one size and you return all sizes back to us, your return request will be qualified for store credit only.
  • If you initiate more than two return requests in a row, you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address provided by you.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the post office. We encourage you to search for your package or contact USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777 (if you don't find the package).
